Business costs: Mark Logan MP

I would like to make a Freedom of Information Request to IPSA regarding a specific claim, reference: 90016106-0.

I note that Mark Logan MP has claimed for rent for accommodation, however, the amount appears to be higher than both the constituency and London limit. I wanted to enquire whether this rental amount was for a property in Bolton, Greater Manchester or London?
