The conclusions and recommendations made by IPSA in relation to the Scottish National Party (SNP) Research Team as a result of IPSA's 2019-20 review of pooled services and discussed by IPSA’s Board in 2021.

Item 8 of the minutes of IPSA's Board Meeting of 14 April 2021 dealt with "Pooled Services" and referred to "draft guidance" on the provision of these.

This review of pooled services should not be confused with previous "assurance reviews" carried out by IPSA on specific providers, which may have resulted in recommendations.

The guidance referred to above was published and is available on IPSA's website for MPs Managing pooled research services.
