Section 21 applies where information is reasonably accessible by other means. IPSA routinely publishes the details of all MPs’ expenses on our website in accordance with our publication policy. Claims for individual MPs are published every two months, four or five months in arrears. You can therefore find details of the expenses (for the beginning of 2019) on IPSA's website
