Complaints and feedback

We take all complaints and feedback seriously.

We’re sorry if you feel the need to make a complaint, but by sending complaints and feedback you can help us put things right and improve our service.

Complaints about an MP’s conduct

If you are a member of the public, including the media, and want to make a complaint about an MP’s conduct, you should contact the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards.

For more information about the complaints the Commissioner can investigate, and how to contact them, visit The Commissioner's remit and contact details.

The Commissioner for Standards cannot investigate all allegations from constituents – including, for example, allegations about how an MP has handled a case.

If you are a member of the public, including the media, and want to make a complaint about an MP’s business costs, you should contact IPSA’s Compliance Officer by email at compliance@theipsa.org.uk.

If you are an MP or MP staff member and want to make a complaint about the payment or non-payment of claims, you should contact IPSA’s Compliance Officer by email at compliance@theipsa.org.uk.
