Our Boardroom Apprentice is John Midgley. He started his 12-month term on 2 January 2024. John will attend all Board meetings and have the opportunity to attend sub-committee meetings. He will also undertake project work and attend eight Department for Levelling Up, Housing, and Communities learning days.

|Shareholdings are not listed where they are de minimis in nature.
|In line with the Registers of Interest in the Houses of Parliament, property owned and/or occupied by board members for their own use is not included in the list.
