Scroll down until you come to 'Other financial data', and download the file for the year you are interested in. On opening the document, you can filter by MP name and scroll across until you find:

• Column N 'Other staff job title' - lists the job titles for staff employed by the MP

• Column O 'Other staff full/ part time' - lists the contract type

• Column P 'Other staff employed for the whole year' - indicates whether the staff member was employed for all or part of the year

Please note that we only publish whether a post was occupied for a full year or part of a year; actual employment dates are not disclosed.

As this information is already available on our website, it is exempt from disclosure under section of the FOIA (information accessible to applicant by other means).

This means that we do not need to provide you with copies of the information published.
