Request for information relating to MP accomodation

I would like under the Freedom of Information Act all information regarding the application of renting an apartment within your scheme from Cat Smith MP.

In Particular did Ms Smith disclose that she already owned a flat along with her husband at 14,Hitchcock House,194 Pitfield Street, London N1 6JP before she applied for a flat in Lambeth paid though your scheme.

Response

IPSA does not hold any information regarding existing flat ownership by Ms Smith at the time of her application for a flat in Lambeth.
