Names of MPs that owe money to IPSA

How many mp's currently owe money that needs to be repaid to Ipsa, this could be in the form of claiming on expenses and it being disqualified as well as an advance, could you name them and the amount owed?

Information being released: 2012-13 budgets, direct rental payments and reimbursement claims
Please find below, at Annex A, a list of amounts owed to IPSA as of 19 November 2014. This figure relates to MPs’ 2012-13 budgets, direct rental payments and reimbursement claims.
As the information is correct as of 19 November 2014, MPs may have subsequently repaid (in part, or in full) the amounts listed at the time of responding. Where this is the case, we have indicated so.
Information already publically available: 2013-14 budgets and capital gains repayments
Further, the figures do not include details of 2013-14 budgets, or repayments relating to capital gains, details of which are also published on our website and updated annually.
The FOIA states that information that is accessible by other means is not subject to release. Therefore, as some of the information you have requested is already available on our website, it is exempt from disclosure under section 21 of the FOIA (information accessible to applicant by other means).
Section 22(1) of the FOIA states that information intended for future publication is exempt from release. We have considered whether the public interest in releasing the information outweighs the application of the exemption. It is our opinion that the public interest is best served by publishing a full list of amounts due for repayment (and repaid) rather than on an ad hoc basis, as in this way a clear and complete set of information is published, avoiding any potential confusion. It is for this reason that the application of the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosure at this stage.
Information not being released: claims made on payment cards which are not allowed
As you will be aware, we publish all claims for business costs and expenses on our website, including when claims are subsequently repaid. This includes instances where claims made on MPs’ payment cards are marked by IPSA validators as ‘not allowed’ and are therefore required to be repaid. However, it is not possible to separately identify claims made on payment cards from other reimbursement claims on our website. To extract this information would take a considerable amount of time.
We undertook a test to estimate the amount of time it would take to determine, locate, retrieve and extract this information from our systems. We estimate that, combined with the work already undertaken to extract the information described above, extracting this remaining information would take us over the appropriate cost limit of £450 (part 1 of Schedule 1 of the Freedom of Information Act). Consequently, IPSA is not obliged to provide this information (see section 12(1), FOIA).
