Since her election, has Seema Malhotra MP issued contracts of employment to her staff that pay less than the London Living Wage?

If so, how many were there, when were they issues and what was the duration of each contract?

According to our records, one contract has been issued by Ms Malhotra paying less than the London Living Wage.

Releasing the dates of the contract may, indirectly, identify the individual employed. As such, this information is personal data under the terms of the Data Protection Act, and is exempt from release under Section 40(2) of the FOIA.

Section 40(2) provides that personal information about third parties is exempt information if one of the conditions set out in section 40(3) is satisfied.
