All correspondence between IPSA and the office of the Rt. Hon. James Arbuthnot MP regarding PRU subscriptions in 2012/13

I have a query about the expenses claim of the Rt. Hon. James Arbuthnot MP.

In 2012-13, under "Professional Services", a payment is recorded as paid for £3,960.00 for "PRU Annual service fee 2013-14".

Also in 2012-13, under "Professional Services: Direct", a payment is recorded as paid for £3,960.00 too for "PRU subscription".

In 2011-12, there is only one payment under "Professional Services" for "PRU" in the value of £3,960.00.

In 2010-11, there is also only one payment under "Pooled Staffing Services" for "PRU sub for 2010/11" in the value of £2,408.75.

I worry that the 2012-13 claims are duplicates and that there may have been an overpayment.

Please may I therefore request under the Freedom of Information Act all correspondence between IPSA and the office of the Rt. Hon. James Arbuthnot MP regarding the two payments cited above in 2012-13.

In processing your request, we searched our systems for any correspondence between IPSA and the office of the Rt. Hon. James Arbuthnot MP regarding the two payments made in 2012/13 to which you refer in your request.  We have not located any correspondence.

For clarification, the payment dated 07/05/2012 relates to a subscription for the 2012/13 financial year, and the payment dated 20/03/2013 relates to a subscription for the 2013/14 financial year.  As such, we can confirm there has not been a duplicate payment.
