Training of IPSA staff for evaluating property valuation documents

Under the Freedom of Information Act I hereby request details of what training took place in the evaluation by IPSA staff of property valuation documents prepared by RICS-accredited Surveyors between 7th May 2010 and 31st July 2010 in respect of the Mortgage Interest Subsidy Transitional Scheme.

IPSA does not hold the information that you request.

We do not hold any record of any training carried out for the purpose of evaluating property valuation prepared by RICS accredited surveyors and submitted by Members of Parliament.  IPSA placed reliance on the professional standards of surveyors accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in the preparation of valuations.
