Please release details of how much money was paid to IPSA staff and secondees as bonuses for 10/11 (if relevant) 11/12 and 12/13.

IPSA does not hold the information that you request.
IPSA does not pay bonuses on staff salaries. The salaries and remuneration costs of those on secondment are paid by their home departments.
You may be interested to know that the salaries and remuneration costs of IPSA’s Board, Chief Executive and Directors are published every year in the Annual Reports.
