Repayment of expense claims by David Laws

Some time ago David Laws , MP Yeovil resigned . At that time it was mentioned that certain expenses had been claimed which may have been in excess of his entitlements.

Can you provide all the documents relating to the repayment investigation.

The information you have requested is not held by IPSA. 

IPSA took over responsibility for the salaries and expenses of Members of the House of Commons on 7 May 2010. We do not hold any information on expenses claimed by Members of Parliament prior to this date or any subsequent repayments.
