Response

Mr Robert Flello MP employs two members of staff in total. Both members of staff are contracted to work 38 hours per week as Constituency Assistants.

For each MP, IPSA will publish the names and salaries of staff who are connected parties on its publication website www.parliamentary-standards.org.uk in July 2011. Corresponding salaries will also be released and expressed in £5,000 bands. This information is therefore exempt under Section 22 (Information intended for future publication) of the FOIA.

Please note that a “connected party” is defined as: a spouse, civil partner or cohabiting partner of the MP; a parent, child, grandparent, grandchild, sibling, uncle, aunt, nephew or niece of the member or of a spouse, civil partner or cohabiting partner of the member; or an individual or organisation where there exists a relationship as set out in the Companies Act 2006.
