Incidental Expenses Provision claimed between 1997 and 2000 relating to two MPs

I write to ask for the following information under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
I would be most grateful if you could supply me with details of:
The Incidental Expenses Provision amounts claimed for the period 1997 to 2000 relating to office accommodation and expenses for the following Members of Parliament:
Sir Alan Haslehurst MP (Con, Saffron Walden)
Ms Ann MacIntosh (Con, Vale of York (now Thirsk & Maldon))

IPSA took over responsibility for the salaries and expenses of Members of the House of Commons on 7 May 2010. We do not hold any information on expenses claimed by Members of Parliament prior to this date.
