Details of IPSA's Board Meetings in August 2010

I would like to request, under the Freedom of Information Act, the following information:

  1. The minutes of any IPSA Board meeting held on 23 August 2010.

  2. The full transcript, if one exists, of any IPSA Board conference calls held on 16 August 2010.

You requested the minutes of any IPSA Board meeting held on 23 August 2010. This information has already been published on the IPSA website (www.parliamentarystandards.org.uk). Minutes of all Board meetings can be found under the Publications section of the website. This information is therefore exempt under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), because it is already in the public domain. 

You also requested the full transcript of any IPSA Board Conference calls held on 16 August 2010. IPSA does not hold this information.
